33pq Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 33pq platform and all its services. By creating an account on 33pq or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

33pq is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible online gaming environment. By following SSL encryption and fair play principles, we place the security and satisfaction of our users first.

1 Registration Eligibility

To create an account and use the services on the 33pq platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Creating an account and using gaming services is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• You must provide a valid, active email address and mobile number.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.

2 Password & Account Protection

The security of your 33pq account is entirely your responsibility. Follow the guidelines below to ensure safe gaming:

• Never share your login credentials (email, password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 33pq support immediately.
• Always log out after signing in on a public computer or shared device.

33pq does not bear responsibility for any loss resulting from unauthorized access — unless it is proven that the issue was caused by a fault in our systems.

3 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited on the 33pq platform through the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer — Through major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• First-time withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see section 4 for details).

4 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus terms:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing the bonus: you must wager 20 (twenty) times the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

Another example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Unused bonuses are cancelled once the period expires.
• 33pq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonuses are abused through multiple accounts, all accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.
• VIP programme cashback benefits are paid out on a weekly basis and are subject to separate terms.

5 Gaming Service Terms

The 33pq platform offers slots, live casino, and sports betting services. The following rules apply when using these services:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled — the outcome of each game session is final.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, the result will be determined according to 33pq's server records.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) technology from game providers is used, which ensures unbiased outcomes.
• For sports betting, wins and losses are determined based on official results.
• In the event of a dispute, 33pq's decision will be considered final.

6 Prohibited Activities on the Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure if violated:

• Money laundering or any fraudulent financial activity
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses using multiple accounts
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to operate games
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Creating accounts for minors or operating gaming on their behalf
• Using 33pq's intellectual property or brand identity without authorization

7 Responsible Gaming Commitment

33pq believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity and should never be the cause of financial or mental difficulties. We treat responsible gaming as a top priority.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits for yourself.
• You can temporarily or permanently deactivate your account if needed.

10 Account Closure Rules

33pq may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following situations:

• Serious violation of terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false identity information
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• Legal or regulatory reasons

You may also request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11 Liability Provisions

33pq is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own gaming decisions
• Losses due to internet disconnection or third-party technical issues
• Unauthorized access resulting from leaving account information unsecured
• Circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, government orders, or war

If 33pq's liability is to be determined for any reason, it shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by you during the relevant period.

12 Update & Amendment Policy

33pq reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Regarding changes:

• Users will be notified by email in the case of significant changes.
• New terms and conditions will take effect from the date of the change.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions, contact support to close your account.
